Harley Quinn

An adult animated series following Harley Quinn's adventures after she breaks up with the Joker and attempts to strike out on her own as the queenpin of Gotham City.

The Story Arc

After realizing the Joker does not love her, Harley Quinn breaks up with him and recruits a misfit crew of villains—including Poison Ivy, Clayface, Doctor Psycho, and King Shark—to join the Legion of Doom. As she tries to establish herself as an independent supervillain, she develops a deep romantic relationship with Poison Ivy and navigates the chaotic politics of Gotham City.

Harley Quinn is a chaotic, extremely violent, but deeply empathetic former psychiatrist who seeks independence and respect. Throughout the series, she transitions from being the Joker's sidekick to a leader, a hero-villain hybrid, and Poison Ivy's devoted partner, trying to figure out her own moral boundaries while smashing things with her baseball bat.

Developed by Justin Halpern, Patrick Schumacker, and Dean Lorey, the series features Kaley Cuoco as both the lead voice actress and an executive producer. The show's comedic, R-rated tone features highly graphic violence and coarse language, standing in contrast to traditional superhero adaptations.
